We are looking for a Senior Accounting Specialist to join our Administration team, with the goal of strengthening the company’s accounting and tax management, actively contributing to process efficiency and regulatory compliance.Main Responsibilities:- Analyze complex project contracts to assess their accounting and tax implications; - Supervise and record incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; - Manage year-end closing operations and intercompany reconciliations in collaboration with the Finance team; - Process and record bank transactions and accounting entries; - Support the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax obligations; - Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company procedures.Requirements:- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; - Excellent knowledge of VAT regulations; - Knowledge of Italian accounting standards (OIC); - Good command of English (required); - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); - Preferably familiar with accounting software, especially SAP; - Teamwork skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks independently.Workplace:Tarcento (UD)
