The Clinical IT Specialist will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing Clinical IT solutions. This role is based in Italy and reports to the WITs team. Our vision is to reimagine healthcare through continuous innovation. You will coordinate sales, marketing, project management, and post-sales support for the Clinical IT portfolio, contributing to building a world-class Clinical IT organization. Key responsibilities include: Implement Clinical IT solutions according to design specifications within scheduled timelines. Maintain project documentation and reporting. Manage issues during implementation and identify corrective actions. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and adoption of solutions. Act as a trusted consultant, sharing ideas for product improvements. Minimum requirements: Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in IT solutions for the IVD market (e.g., Middleware, LIS). Strong communication and listening skills. Flexibility to work hours as needed and willingness to travel 50%-70%. Preferred experience: Networking, Virtual Environments, and Operating Systems knowledge.
