Siamo alla ricerca di un Proposal Engineer esperto nel settore impiantistico, con particolare focus sulla preventivazione e preparazione di offerte tecniche e commerciali. La risorsa sarà responsabile della raccolta e analisi dei requisiti di progetto, della stesura di preventivi dettagliati e della collaborazione con i reparti tecnici, commerciali e di project management per garantire proposte competitive e coerenti con le esigenze del cliente. Analisi dei capitolati tecnici e delle richieste di offerta (RFP) nel settore impiantistico (ad es. automazione, elettrico, meccanico). Collaborazione con i team tecnici per definire le soluzioni impiantistiche più idonee e sostenibili economicamente. Supporto nella redazione di offerte commerciali complete, comprensive di descrizioni tecniche, schede materiali e condizioni contrattuali. Monitoraggio e aggiornamento dei database di costo e listini fornitori. Gestione dei rapporti con fornitori e subappaltatori per ottenere quotazioni e informazioni tecniche. Partecipazione a riunioni interne e con il cliente per chiarimenti tecnici e commerciali. Laurea in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Elettrica, Gestionale o affini). Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di disegni tecnici e specifiche di progetto. Ottima conoscenza di Excel e strumenti di gestione preventivi. Buona padronanza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata). Contratto a tempo indeterminato o collaborazioni in P.Strumenti di formazione sia per le hard che soft skill; Inoltre, teniamo fede ai nostri impegni prestando attenzione alle risorse appartenenti alle categorie protette ai sensi degli articoli 1 e 18 della Legge 68 / 99.
