We are committed to advancing innovation and leveraging our deep expertise to provide better health and a better quality of life for patients and consumers worldwide, and expand our reach across diverse markets.To strengthen our HR Leadership team we are currently looking for a HRVP R&D and global FranchiseScope of the roleThe role is a key member of the Corporate Global HR leadership team as well as a member of the Development team, the Quality/Reg/Safety team and the two new Strategic Franchise teams. The HR leader will drive the evolution of these organization in terms of talent, org design and leadership capability. The role will report to the CHRO.Key Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR leader to oversee the human resources functions for the newly created Development team, the Quality/Reg/Safety team and the two new Strategic Franchise teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, supporting organizational design and change management initiatives. The role is responsible for ensuring alignment of HR strategies with the business goals of each department. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of each department and the ability to provide strategic HR leadership specifically in the area of R&D in the pharmaceutical industry. The role will support 4 Alfasigma Executive leaders.Strategic HR LeadershipDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of the stakeholdersPartner with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and develop solutions that support business growth and innovation.Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning as per global talent agenda.Talent Acquisition and ManagementOversee the recruitment process in close collaboration with TAC function to attract and retain top talent for stakeholders.Execute and embed effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization in line with corporate standard.Implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.Employee Engagement and DevelopmentFoster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages employee engagement and retention.Implement and embed development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth in line with agreed focus areas with leadership team.Support employee survey actions to improve Esat and EngagementHR Operations and ComplianceEnsure and oversee that operations across the workforce footprint is working properly. You will need to engage with the teams and COE’s spread around the globe to implement any portfolio related HR actions. The role will need to lead and manage thru influence of the HR teams in the countries.Organizational DevelopmentLead organizational change initiatives and support departments in managing change effectively.Work with department heads to identify and address organizational development needs.Develop and implement strategies to improve organizational culture and effectiveness.Who are you ?Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).10-15 years of HR experience as HRBP for business or function, or sr. HRBP in R&D, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.Proven experience in supporting strategic and innovation functions such as: R&D, Business Development, and Global Product Marketing functions.Skills and CompetenciesExperience with organizational design and change management in large R&D organizations.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving and design thinking skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build strong relationships and communities and influence stakeholders at all levels.Deep understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.Personal AttributesHigh level of integrity and confidentiality.Proactive and results-oriented mindset.Strong leadership and team management skills.Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Mental agility: Able to deal with uncertainty, ambiguity and many priorities, both strategic and operational points of view.
