Your Role

La data di inizio è prevista nella primavera del 2025. Inizialmente, parteciperai alla fase di start-up, contribuendo attivamente alla creazione del team e dei processi. A partire dal go-live, previsto per l'autunno del 2025, collaborerai strettamente con il Site Manager per pianificare, gestire, organizzare e supervisionare tutte le attività operative, garantendo un flusso di lavoro ottimale, un utilizzo efficiente dello spazio e il livello di servizio concordato con il cliente.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con gli addetti al magazzino, il team di manutenzione e gli esperti di sistemi e automazione, seguendo le linee guida del Site Manager, per implementare la strategia operativa del magazzino, garantendo un flusso regolare delle merci e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali.
  2. Coordinerai i Team Leader dando loro pieno supporto per la gestione ed organizzazione delle attività di magazzino.
  3. Supervisionerai il corretto funzionamento dei reparti, ottimizzando l'uso dello spazio con particolare attenzione alla salute e sicurezza dei lavoratori e alla salvaguardia dei beni.
  4. Monitorerai l'intero processo di ricezione, ispezione, stoccaggio, consegna dei beni, la gestione dei resi, la manutenzione e i compiti amministrativi per soddisfare il cliente, i requisiti normativi e contrattuali con particolare attenzione ai KPI definiti.
  5. Dovrai prestare particolare attenzione all'efficienza dei costi, identificando le aree di efficientamento.
Your Skills and Experiences
  1. 2-3 anni di esperienza in operazioni di fulfillment automatizzate di media scala (>50 FTE), preferibilmente nel settore della moda e in aziende multinazionali con struttura a matrice.
  2. Solida esposizione a contesti di lavoro analitici, con predisposizione per il coinvolgimento delle persone e il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza.
  3. Esperienza nella comunicazione con una vasta gamma di stakeholder, inclusi peer, subordinati e leadership. Competenza nella gestione di team di medie dimensioni (fino a 100 persone), preferibilmente in ambienti logistici e/o produttivi, con focus sul coinvolgimento e lo sviluppo delle persone.
  4. Esperienza in ambienti logistici e/o produttivi dove il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza è una priorità fondamentale.
  5. Discreta conoscenza della lingua inglese.
