If yes, take a look: this could be for you Clivet SpA is now looking for a dynamic and proactive Global Regulatory Intelligence & Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be a key resource for monitoring, interpreting, and communicating international regulations affecting our products across different sites. Responsibilities Regulatory Monitoring & Interpretation: Continuously monitor, identify, and interpret international regulations, standards, and guidelines relevant to our products—both mandatory and voluntary ones. And that means keeping an eye on the world. Regulatory Updates: Prepare and share regular Regulatory Updates so everyone stays in the loop and the right people get the right information at the right time. Internal Coordination & Support: Establish and maintain a strong internal network across different sites, serving as the primary subject matter expert for regulatory topics. Organize and lead regular info-sharing meetings with international groups to foster alignment and a shared understanding of global requirements. Guidelines & Best Practices: Define and create standardized guidelines, templates, and best-practice documents to support compliance across the organization. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree , preferably with experience in the HVAC industry. At least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product compliance, or a similar role, preferably in a global manufacturing or technology company. English is mandatory as you will be dealing with international regulations and international colleagues. Willingness to travel internationally as needed .
