We’re looking for a talented Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our passionate team in Milan and help us create the next generation of elevators that set new standards for quality, safety, and innovation.Your Role:You’ll be at the heart of cutting-edge engineering, working with an international, cross-functional team to design and develop mechanical components for our state-of-the-art elevators. This is your chance to truly make an impact, with responsibilities including:Designing and engineering world-class mechanical solutions for elevator components;Creating detailed 3D models and drawings using CREO;Managing engineering documentation and Bills of Materials in Windchill/SAP;Performing key calculations (FEM) and validating technical solutions to ensure top-tier quality;Collaborating with a talented team to continuously innovate and elevate Schindler products.What You Bring to the Table:We’re looking for a skilled, forward-thinking engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for pushing the limits of mechanical design.
