Sub System Technical LeadSede: TorinoTechnical Lead in ambito Data Analysis (Rif. )PROFILOCOMPETENZE TECNICHEThe job search refers to candidates of both gendersSenior Architect / Technical Project LeadJob Role: Senior Architect / Technical Project LeadBobby Mukherji Architects is a global architecture and design practice with over USD 12 billion in completed projects, working with some of the world’s leading hospitality and real estate brands, including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Accor, Taj, Radisson, and Westin .Our Milan studio works on luxury hospitality, large-scale mixed-use, and urban developments for international clients.We are seeking a Senior Architect / Technical Project Lead to play a key role in project delivery and team coordination within a fast-growing, high-performance studio.Key RequirementsMinimum 8–10 years of professional experience in architecture firmsProven experience delivering projects from concept design through construction documentation and site coordinationAdvanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for live project delivery (modeling, documentation, coordination)Strong understanding of construction systems, detailing, and suitabilityAbility to independently produce, review, and control high-quality construction drawingsDemonstrated capability in project planning, task breakdown, and deadline controlExperience leading and coordinating teams, including managing and guiding junior architects across project stagesAbility to provide technical direction and quality control across multiple projectsComfortable working hands-on within project teams in a fast-paced studio environmentExperience on international projects preferredExperience with Rhino and Grasshopper is a strong plusInterest in AI-assisted design and productivity tools is a plusSMS group is looking for a Lead Technical Engineer for our Center of Excellence \"Long Products\".The Lead Technical Engineer will act as the primary technical reference for a specific type of steel plant, supporting projects from the pre‑sales phase through to the completion of commissioning.The role focuses on providing high‑level technical expertise, both internally and directly to customers, ensuring optimal solutions and consistent technical standards.Task and Responsibilities:Provide technical support during the pre‑sales phase, including customer requirements analysis, solution definition, and preparation of technical sales documentation.Collaborate with the Engineering department to define specifications, layouts, and plant solutions.Offer internal technical consultancy to design, manufacturing, supply chain, and commissioning teams.Serve as the main technical point of contact for the customer throughout project execution, addressing technical queries and clarifications.Collect technical feedback from projects to improve future standards and solutions.Contribute to the standardization of similar plants to optimize design time and costs.Lead the commissioning on field of the specific equipment under his responsibilityMain SkillsStrong Leadership, communication and team management abilitiesIn‑depth knowledge of production processes and technologies in the steel industry, with specific expertise in the operation of plants to produce long products (Bars and wire rod).Previous experience in managing complex productsGoal oriented mindset, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage change effectivelyIntermediate to advanced mechanical knowledgeBasic knowledge of electrical engineeringExcellent command of the English language (Written and spoken)RequirementsDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of technical‑industrial experience, preferably in the steel industry.In‑depth knowledge of steel plant processes and equipment.Ability to communicate complex technical matters to international customers.Willingness to travel internationallyWork on construction site worldwide for the duration of the commissioning of the equipment under his responsibility.Candidates of all genders may apply to the job posting or send their CV toPersonal data will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679.
