Prospettiva BMS è una holding, costituita da società di ingegneria con oltre quarant’anni di storia, che opera a 360° nel settore delle costruzioni con competenze in architettura, ingegneria strutturale ed impiantistica, project management. Chi cerchiamo: Giovani Ingegneri/Architetti da inserire nel team di Project Management Office a diretto contatto con la Direzione Aziendale.

Requisiti

Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Edile – Architettura, Management of Built Environment; in alternativa Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria Gestionale; Conoscenza delle metodiche di project management; Doti di leadership e predisposizione a lavorare in team; Capacità di analisi; Preferenza per provenienza da studi professionali, società di ingegneria, imprese costruttrici. Dopo un iniziale periodo di formazione i candidati svolgeranno le seguenti mansioni : Analisi e definizione di procedure e standard interni in materia di gestione di programmi/commesse; Analisi delle performance dei progetti; Definizione KPI di commessa e aziendali, raccolta dati e riporto al board; Supporto operativo al Project Manager per le attività di gestione delle commesse (tempi – costi – ambito): redazione piani di lavoro; definizione del budget e del cash-flow di commessa; raccolta dati caratteristici con relativa sintesi e redazione di report. L’inquadramento economico sarà commisurato al livello di esperienza del candidato e alle reali competenze possedute, da verificare nel corso del processo di selezione. Sede di lavoro: Milano centro.
