In particolare, potrai:Contribuire alla definizione ed implementazione di roadmap di trasformazione digitale basate sulle più recenti soluzioni HCM di SAP.Lavorare su progetti complessi e internazionali, collaborando con team globali e stakeholder di alto livello.Sviluppare competenze avanzate su tecnologie SAP Cloud (come S/4HANA HCM, SuccessFactors), diventando un punto di riferimento per clienti e colleghi.Partecipare alla progettazione di soluzioni end-to-end che integrano processi, dati e innovazione, con impatto concreto sul business dei clienti.Crescere all’interno di un network di professionisti altamente qualificati, con percorsi dedicati di formazione, certificazione e sviluppo di carriera.RequisitiSe condividi la nostra passione per le soluzioni SAP, hai un’esperienza minimo di 2 anni e hai le seguenti caratteristiche, ti stiamo aspettando:Conoscenza dei moduli S/HANA HCM (prevalentemente moduli time/py) e/o SuccessFactors (prevalentemente Employee Central e nei principali moduli Talent Performance & Goals, Compensation).Capacità di progettare soluzioni end-to-end integrando processi HR, architetture applicative e requisiti di business, sia in scenari globali sia locali.Competenza nelle integrazioni tra SuccessFactors, SAP HCM on-premise-S/4, payroll locali e piattaforme esterne, incluse API e middleware (SAP CI, Boomi, ecc.).Solide capacità di analisi e configurazione per supportare implementazioni, miglioramenti continui e risoluzione di problematiche complesse.Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione (Italiano e Inglese) e leadership funzionale, con attitudine al lavoro in gruppi internazionali e supporto ai clienti in percorsi di trasformazione HR.Analista funzionale Senior/Team leader SAP Finance#J-18808-Ljbffr
