Learn more at Role: Senior Sales EngineerWe’re looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to support enterprise customers across Italy. As a security expert, you’ll partner with Sales to advise on and deploy Trend Micro’s next‑gen cybersecurity solutions, shape client strategies, and build trusted relationships.What You’ll DoServe as the technical lead for enterprise customers in ItalyUnderstand customer needs and recommend tailored security solutionsDeliver engaging technical demos and presentationsInfluence customer security strategies through technical leadershipRespond to tenders and deliver product trainingGuide deployments, troubleshoot, and ensure best practicesTravel across Italy for client engagements as neededWhat You’ll Bring7+ years as a presales / IT solution delivery, ideally with a cybersecurity focusKnowledge of cybersecurity attack framework (i.e. MITRE®&CK) and reports (i.e. OWASP Top 10)Public sector market knowledge and previous experience working with public tendersPassion for security and solving customer challengesKnowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, web/email securityClear communication and confident technical presentingExperience with large enterprise environmentsNice to HaveExperience with Trend Micro technologiesFamiliarity with AWS, Azure, and other cloud platformsIndustry certifications (CISSP, CIE, …)Perks of Being a TrenderWe prioritize your wellbeing—offering medical coverage, mental health support, and much more.
