We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist, who will join our customer support team. What you will do Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries (chat, email, and voice) Maintain positive and lasting relationships with customers by understanding and resolving their issues Ensure an excellent customer experience by addressing any critical issues in a timely manner Identify and report issues to internal teams for quick resolutions Actively collaborate to improve customer care processes and contribute to the development of the knowledge base Monitor key service cases and prepare reports to improve service What you need to succeed We are looking for ambitious and dedicated individuals with a passion for customer care and a results-oriented approach.
