Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off‑highway equipment – Dana provides the world’s original‑equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.Procurement & Planning Specialist – Cavenago (MB)Main Opportunities and ChallengesWork in a dynamic environment having the opportunity to redefine procedure and process according with the market situation.Lead and improve service level to the customer.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure materials planning and availability control according to the production schedule – KPIs: On Time Production.Define production scheduling of assigned plants to ensure availability of finished goods to meet customers’ demand with available production capacity (Lines Fill & On‑Time) – KPIs: On Time Delivery (Customer).Monitor and manage the execution of the daily production plan in the manufacturing area.Collaborate with Customer Service for order prioritization and production management.Collaborate with Quality Control, Warehouse, and Production for assuring a Ready‑To‑Execute plan.Job Position RequirementsEducation: University bachelor degree – Industrial Engineering Degree.Professional BackgroundGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel).Experience with MRP/ERP systems.Solving skills and a logical way of thinking.Capacity planning experience; Change Management / Target oriented.Hard SkillsEssential: Previous experience in the mechanical industry and specifically in the Manufacturing area.
