As a Retail Specialist you will start your career in field marketing. Position You will work as a Retail Specialist in your region and beyond, traveling to meet clients and achieve specific objectives. You will be responsible for one client and have the freedom and flexibility to organize your work schedule. Responsibilities Verifying compliance with agreements between the client and GDO to improve brand visibility and stimulate reorders within store points. Collecting relevant data and information. Maximizing product presence on display. Creating photographic reports of displays. Improving shelf visibility and brand promotions. Building relationships with GDO department heads. Encouraging department heads to introduce new products. Following a continuous training path. You will have a Supervisor who supports you and plans activities on the field. Qualifications Good relational attitude, communicative, able to sync with people. Desire to learn and grow. Passion for brands and helping them grow. Valid B driving licence (and the ability to drive seriously). Willingness to travel for work. Experience in field marketing is useful but not required; you can start from zero.
