Nell\'ottica di rafforzare il nostro team, stiamo cercando un Production Manager per un\'opportunità, in modalità ibrida, presso una nostra Azienda partner con sede a Scandicci . Responsabilità Principali Mappare e ottimizzare i processi di produzione, qualità e logistica Implementare metodologie Lean per il miglioramento della performance operativa Coordinare e guidare team multidisciplinari, promuovendo una cultura di efficienza e qualità Garantire il rispetto dei tempi di consegna e degli standard tipici del settore fashion & luxury Esperienza consolidata in ruoli manageriali in ambito produzione, preferibilmente nel settore fashion & luxury e, nello specifico, pelletteria Conoscenza approfondita di metodologie Lean Manufacturing e process mapping Ottime capacità di leadership e gestione di team complessi Fluente in inglese o francese (parlato e scritto) Contratto a tempo indeterminato con buoni pasto e indennità. Strumenti di formazione per sviluppare sia le competenze tecniche che le soft skills. Follow-up costante con il team HR per garantire il tuo sviluppo professionale.
