Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.Manufacturing Process Junior Specialist The Manufacturing Process Junior Specialist supports the planning, developing, leading and implementing improvements at the production processes and working methods. They manage multiple projects with varying scopes, timelines, capital expenditures, and must ensure projected asset utilization and operating efficiency as well as safe operation by plant technicians or operators. They provide training, and ensure compliance with EHS and corporate Quality standards.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and implementation of new production systems, processes and work methods.Support the development, organization and implementation of continuous improvement activities and monitor progress.Support the development of plans and timetables for task completion using appropriate project management tools. Issue regular progress reports. Monitor project progress, modify plans and initiate corrective actions based on feedback and changes. Support the development of project contingency plans as necessary. Deliver projects within required time frames and budget and purchase the required means within fixed and approved budget.Support the Production Team in solving problems of the production process thanks to strong data analysis.Provide training concerning the operation of machines and follow up of working methods.Ensure compliance with appropriate Colgate standards and local regulations including EHS and Quality standards.
