They’re constantly innovating, now bringing AI-driven tools into their solutions to help clients work smarter, automate processes, personalize experiences, and stay competitive in fast-moving markets.What you’ll find thereLearning & growth – ongoing training, education, and support for your career path.Flexibility – a hybrid work model that’s been part of the culture long before it became common.Global environment – teams across Europe, the US, and Australia, plus a growing tech hub in Portugal.Passion – a team that loves building great products and takes pride in their work.People-first culture – employees are at the center, with an environment designed to help everyone thrive.What you’ll doReporting To The CTO, You’ll design complex solutions across applications, integrations, data, and cloud.Make sure architectures are scalable, secure, and high-performing.Optimize and scale cloud-based applications.Guide teams on architectural best practices and standards.Evaluate new technologies and suggest what to adopt.Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams as a trusted advisor.Present decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Mentor engineers and solution architects.Play an active role in architecture reviews and forums.What we’re looking forSolid experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Solution Architect in enterprise environments.5–10 years in software engineering with strong Java skills (J2EE, multithreaded services, web apps).Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and storage.Hands-on knowledge of microservices (Spring Boot, Micronaut, Quarkus).Familiarity with architectural/data patterns (Saga, CQRS, Event Sourcing).Strong understanding of distributed transactions.Experience with Docker & Kubernetes.Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD.Familiarity with API Gateway, OIDC authentication, and network architecture.AI-savvy: capable of designing AI-enabled solutions (xLMs, fine-tuning, RAG, Agents).Agile mindset with Scrum experience (Jira, Confluence).Experience in financial services is a plus.A bit moreThe company welcomes people from all backgrounds and values diversity in every form.
