Position We are looking for an experienced Recruiter for our Rende office, specializing in credit collection. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle independently and supporting staffing needs across operational teams. Key Responsibilities Collect and analyze internal needs in the Credit Collection area. Manage the entire selection process: job posting, CV screening, interviews, and offer management. Collaborate with operational teams to define ideal profiles and plan recruitment campaigns. Monitor selection KPIs (time to hire, conversion rate, channel effectiveness). Participate in recruiting events and employer‑branding initiatives. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Coordinate with the HR team for a smooth onboarding. Qualifications At least 2 years of recruiter experience. Knowledge of credit recovery business. Proficiency with key selection tools (LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, Excel). Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills. Proactive, dynamic, and results‑oriented mindset. Ability to work synergistically with operational and HR teams. Plus Experience in structured or high‑volume recruitment settings. Familiarity with key HR indicators and reporting tools. What We Offer Full‑time position. Strategic role in an expanding company.
