You will lead or support process improvements in different accounting areas.You will shape our financial future by preparing USGAAP, IFRS, and statutory entries and reports, and leading our period and quarter-end close activities.You will ensure compliance by performing meticulous balance sheet reconciliations, maintaining high standards and meeting the deadlines.You will drive accuracy by overseeing the effectiveness of financial reporting controls and ensuring all business transactions are accounted for accurately.Thanks to your innovation, you will take charge of or contribute to exciting company projects, representing the Accounting & Reporting department with pride.Get things right You will work on accounting data and analyze financial reports, providing valuable insights to guide our business decisions.You will maintain and enhance accounting tools, always seeking innovative ideas to improve accuracy.You will foster strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization.What makes you unique You will leverage your 2-3 years of audit experience to provide valuable insights and drive our financial excellence.You will ensure top-notch financial practices by applying your comprehensive knowledge of USGAAP, IFRS, and Italian GAAP.You will drive our financial operations with your strong understanding of accounting, finance, and IT concepts.Thanks to your flexible working style, you will adapt seamlessly to changes and challenges.You will collaborate effectively with your team, bringing a positive attitude and strong analytical skills to every project.You will commit to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results, ensuring our financial integrity.As a global citizen, you embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English.Why Costa We are looking for individuals who embody the spirit of collaboration and play a key role within our organization, supporting business results.
