Quality Manager – Direct Hire Mead, CO | $30–$40/hr DOE | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Overview We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Manager to lead and elevate our quality operations. If you’re passionate about precision, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement, this role gives you the chance to directly impact product quality in a dynamic manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do Conduct first-article, in-process, and final inspections using proper measurement techniques Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to validate product quality Review material and outside processing certifications for compliance Maintain accurate quality documentation, including AS9102 forms, calibration logs, and nonconformance records Lead, train, and mentor quality inspectors, while guiding operators and production staff Support and manage the Quality Management System (QMS), including corrective actions and improvement initiatives Troubleshoot quality issues and implement timely solutions, ensuring a safe work environment What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred 3–5 years in quality, manufacturing, or a technical role Experience with quality inspection techniques, CMM operation, and quality documentation Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Comfortable working safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment Bonus: Experience in a CNC machine shop or aerospace company Why You’ll Love It Here Competitive pay ($30–$40/hr DOE) with room to grow Monday–Friday schedule with consistent hours Hands-on leadership role with the ability to shape the quality function Direct impact on product quality and customer satisfaction Ready to take your quality career to the next level?
