As the bridge between our clients and qualified candidates, you will play a crucial role in efficiently filling open positions. So, what can you expect? Collaborate with Account Managers to identify client's technical needs and set the search in our databases or on major recruitment platforms. Implement effective search strategies, cultivate talent pools, and maintain regular contact with your candidate network to stay informed. Networking skills can make a difference in this role Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, developing an in-depth understanding of the technology market to best meet client needs. Who are we looking for? Completed bachelore degree or equivalent; Ideally, some experience in roles related to recruitment, customer service, or sales; A person accustomed to working independently with excellent communication skills and motivated to suceed; Fluent in Italian and English; Bonus: Previous experience in IT Recruitment or sales.
