In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Support customers throughout the entire customer journey while growing core reagent and product sales through market intelligence. Provide application support and training of Leica Biosystems instruments to customers in your defined territory, ensuring maximum uptime through optimization of reagents and systems and thereby generating reagent order intake. Major Responsibilities Support the Account Manager during the promotion of Leica Biosystems products and conduct instrument demonstrations at customer laboratories. Provide application support with commercial awareness to customers, including in‑field troubleshooting of application problems and diagnosing rudimentary hardware and software failures. Assist Customer Care and Tender Office in drafting technical papers and coding products for tenders in the assigned area. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include Good communication skills – able to present in front of different audiences and stakeholders, hold training classes, and support sales initiatives and customer interactions. Education – Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Science, or a related field. Language – Fluent in Italian and English. Experience – Scientific background with a good understanding of diagnostic equipment and reagents. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in anatomical pathology and in multinational companies or pathology laboratories work environments.
