Position: SENIOR RESERVATION\BOOKING EXECUTIVE Hotel Violino d’Oro, Venice (Member of Leading Hotels of the World)A Reservation Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests in the hospitality sector. The Reservation Executive handles requests from guests, companies and travel agents via phone or other platforms. He/She makes sure booking information is input correctly into the system. He/She needs to maintain and update room vacancies on online booking platforms. He/She helps to meet monthly revenue target. Managing reservations and booking requests from customers. Handling incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms. Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred in 5-star hotels, we might consider 4 stars too. Proficiency in reservation management software and tools. Knowledge in LQA booking and hotel requirement is preferred A contract and a competitive compensation package, both commensurate with experience and results achieved.
