As a Site Manager, you will oversee the construction and commissioning of photovoltaic plants, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance. What you will do: Lead, plan, and coordinate all on-site activities during construction. Ensure compliance with internal HSEQ policies and safety regulations. Act as the primary contact between the company, subcontractors, and third parties. Oversee equipment delivery and verify adherence to local, national, and international regulations. Prepare weekly reports, including construction progress, inventory checklists, and HSEQ updates. Manage commissioning processes and approve contractor and subcontractor work. Conduct conformity checks and ensure tests and trials are completed prior to project acceptance. Organize and participate in on-site meetings and contribute to process improvements. Report hazards and risks during the construction phase. What you bring & who you are: Minimum 5 years of experience in site management or construction supervision. Excellent communication skills in Italian (fluent); English proficiency is a plus. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Willingness to travel extensively and spend 100% of your time on-site. Valid driving license. Ideally, experience in photovoltaic plant construction or renewable energy projects.
