QA and Testing EngineerJoin to apply for the QA and Testing Engineer role at NTT DATA Europe & Latam.Based in the Romania Excellence Centre, Bucharest, our client seeks experienced professionals who value teamwork, pioneering technology, and innovation. You should be experienced to work in a dynamic environment, developing new applications and learning migration into Google Cloud.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.Participate in the review and improvement of test processes and methodologies and provide recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with product owners, developers, and compliance specialists to understand eKYC requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, attend daily stand-up meetings, provide feedback, and contribute to sprint retrospectives.Be an integral part of the SDLC process by creating/approving TER (test execution report) for production deployments.Keep up to date with new testing tools, techniques, and technologies to improve overall testing quality.Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., AML, GDPR, local regulations).What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, ALM, Allure TestOps).Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum).Familiarity with database concepts and ability to write basic SQL queries for data validation.Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or Bruno.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Proficiency in designing, writing, and executing test cases.Nice To HaveExperience testing KYC, AML, or other compliance-related systems/projects is highly preferred.Certifications in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB).Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS).Experience with automation tools/frameworks is a plus.Seniority LevelAssociateEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
