The team is designed to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the online retail space with the best price, wide selection and good product information. The team's primary role is to create and enhance retail selection on the worldwide Amazon online catalog. The tasks handled by this group have a direct impact on customer buying decisions and online user experience.Key Job ResponsibilitiesRBS team is looking for a Program Manager, who will establish the management framework of Deal/Merchandising, establish new tasks to drive business growth and reduce cost.Key Performance AreasProgram plan and delivery management independently in a dynamic environmentInfluence stakeholders and drive alignment on program priorities, goals and roadmapIdentify new opportunities to initiate sub-programsInfluence upstream teams' priorities and roadmapMake trade-off decisions and understand when and how to elevate appropriatelyDevelop solutions and lead implementationAdvocate and practitioner of using technology to solve business problem.Mentor junior team/project membersBasic Qualifications3+ years of program or project management experienceExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsExperience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environmentExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExcellent English and Mandarin Chinese written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degreeKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLPreferred Qualifications3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience3+ years of driving process improvements experienceExperience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsExperience building processes, project management, and schedulesKnowledge about search engine or experience in product search optimizationOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information.
