About us We are a leading multinational company specializing in the production of high-quality components for household appliances. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we serve a global customer base, providing solutions that enhance the efficiency and functionality of household refrigeration systems. Responsibilities Main activities focus on customer support and development, aiming to achieve planned business results and meet budget targets; The position plays a fundamental role in supporting customer applications to introduce the SCROLL compressors. It is required to be a reliable interface for technical and application fine‑tuning and to report and coordinate internal activities and projects to achieve the expected results; The role involves identifying new prospects, collecting relevant market information to drive and focus promotion activities, and related development projects; The role requires traveling to visit customers, exhibitions, or internal facilities. Requirements Previous experience in sales area management (focus on the OEMs but even Distribution), application engineering, or technical support in the refrigeration field, mainly focused on SCROLL compressors proposal and implementation; A solid technical background: knowledge of SCROLL compressors and its applications, mechanics, electro‑techniques, thermo-dynamic; Knowledge of business indicators, contracting rules, pricing calculation; Fluent in English, verbal and written strong capabilities; second language is a plus.
