R&D Testing Engineer

For our Quistello plant, we are recruiting a/an:R&D TESTING ENGINEER (M/F/D)Responsibilities Electromechanical assembly of prototypes;Product testing in various development phases, including electrical and mechanical measurements, based on international standards and internal procedures;Preparation of reports and technical documentation;Identification and resolution of defects, identification of improvements and optimizations;Verification and monitoring of the various development phases by visiting and assisting external suppliers or other Kärcher Group companies;Participation in project meetings and management of requests from various internal and external stakeholders;Management and maintenance of laboratory equipment.Qualifications High School Diploma and/or Bachelor\'s Degree in a technical/engineering field (electrical, electronic, mechatronic, biomedical);Previous experience in testing and prototyping, gained within international companies;Knowledge of main laboratory instrumentation (caliper, micrometer, multimeter, etc.);Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;Good knowledge of Google Suite;Critical, scientific, and analytical approach, attention to detail;Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills;High level of autonomy, proactivity, and initiative;Knowledge of machine tools (preferred);Knowledge of 3D CAD (preferred).Benefits Stimulating and dynamic environment within a German multinational company with a strong aptitude for technological and process innovation;Professional growth and internal training programs;Opportunities for international exchanges;Welfare policy with different goods and services;Internal Canteen;Branded clothing and other materials.The Kärcher Group is a global employer with extensive operations.
