Role Description This is a full-time on-site volunteer role for a Community Support Team Member, located in Rome. The volunteer will engage with and support the community by providing direct assistance, facilitating communication, and addressing the needs of diverse individuals. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, providing social support, and collaborating with the team to implement community-based programs and initiatives that align with the organization's mission. Qualifications Skills in Community Support and Social Work to provide effective and empathetic assistance to individuals and groups. Strong communication and psychology skills to foster meaningful connections, address individual needs, and provide emotional support. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly valued. Strong interpersonal skills, self‑motivation, and a collaborative mindset. Familiarity with multicultural communities or prior experience in non-profit or social impact organizations is a plus.
