Join to apply for the Application Technical Leader role at DXC Technology .DXC Technology Italia is looking for a Technical Leader to join our Application Service DXC Team.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute business and technical software solutions to implement new or enhanced (upgrades or conversions) components.Use appropriate solutions/tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and technical problems.Collaborate with client‑facing colleagues (Business Analyst and Project Manager) to understand the business environment, technical context, and strategic direction.Stay current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies.Lead a small team, provide mentoring and guidance to less senior developers, and work with them in designing solutions.Education and SkillsBachelor or Master Degree (preferred technical fields: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc.).Experience and knowledge of Digital Development Services, Agile Application Development, DevOps, Cloud‑based applications, and Microservices architecture and patterns.Strong technical experience writing code using languages such as Java EE, Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security, Data, Boot, etc.), Single Page Application frameworks, Microservices, Docker, design patterns, and database SQL and NoSQL.Experience with software development processes (Agile, Waterfall) and DevOps practices.Ability to work with web‑development tools for new applications.Basic understanding of modern software design and development methodologies.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making skills, and effective teamwork.Location : Milan, with remote work possibility.At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
