Join us as a Customer Expert on our Technical Support Help-Desk for a wide range of data technology products Do you have excellent Italian communication skills and a passion for technology? Join our team as a Customer Expert on our Technical Support Help-Desk You’ll provide top-notch support for a wide range of data technology products , from hard drives to flash memory, for a major American manufacturer. Help our Dutch-speaking customers and work in the exciting world of data storage solutions. Responsibilities include: Answering inquiries about products specification via phone, chat and email Providing troubleshooting for various technical issues Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism Qualifications: Excellent communication skills in Italian Good command of English (B2+) Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems.
