ICS Milan is looking for an HR Generalist responsible to deliver high quality HR services throughout the employee lifecycle implementing and reinforcing compliant policies and practices and fostering a positive engaging and rewarding work environment. The HR Generalist at IC…Reporting directly to Head of School and the People & Culture Manager Italy this HR professional combines strategic thinking with a hands‑on operational mindset.
