Talent Management & Organizational Development SpecialistBolton Food, Milano, Italy. Permanent full‑time position within the Human Resources team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport global talent programs: execute performance management, succession planning, career frameworks, and talent review cycles across regions.Develop and deliver OD solutions: culture programs, team effectiveness interventions, and change management support.Learning & capability development: design, curate, and coordinate global learning programs that build leadership and employee capabilities.Data & insights: analyze talent and organizational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights that improve program effectiveness.Stakeholder partnership: collaborate with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and global teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption of talent and OD initiatives.What Makes You a Great FitEducation: Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.3–4 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or HR – preferably in a global or multinational environment.Experience supporting performance‑management cycles, talent reviews, leadership development and/or change‑management initiatives.Fluent in English (required); Spanish is a plus.What’s In For YouLocation: Milan, Italy.Contract type: Permanent.Working hours: Full Time.Remote working: Standard business hours with remote‑working options available.About BoltonBolton is an Italian family‑owned fast‑moving consumer goods company with 10,500 employees located across 60 offices, 17 production facilities, 10 R&D laboratories, and 14 fishing vessels worldwide.
