As our Junior Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers get the most out of Live Story — ensuring they achieve real impact through our platform. We’re a fast-growing, international team where ideas move fast and every contribution matters. At this stage, your impact will be visible from day one. We’re looking for a self-starter : proactive, curious, and naturally organized. Someone who enjoys connecting with people, feels comfortable in a digital environment , and is eager to learn the ins and outs of technology and e-commerce. Join us as we shape the future RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Head of Success Management in evolving our customer success strategy. Manage, train and onboard a portfolio of brand clients and build long-term, trusted relationships. Handle customer communications and ensure timely, effective responses. Analyze customer data to identify ways to improve satisfaction and engagement. Deliver clear, value-driven product demonstrations to potential clients. Oversee customer projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery. Help create training and educational materials that empower our clients. KEY QUALIFICATIONS 1-2 years of experience, account management, or a related field. Strong communicator with a talent for building and maintaining positive client relationships Skilled at managing multiple projects at once, without missing a beat Strategic mindset with a hands-on, methodical approach to execution Creative thinker with curiosity for technology, digital tools, and e-commerce. Thrives in a fast-paced , collaborative start-up environment. Fluency in both English and Italian; French is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
