Reporting to the Rivalta Housing Material Planning Manager, you will manage the material demand planning for the assigned area by ensuring development of a demand forecast to the supplier base on production planning. Manage planning, material processes and systems to secure delivery upon productions needs Ensure operational alignment with production plan Optimize MRP parameters to secure correct delivery and monitor impact on Inventory Develop support metrics, tools and reporting that will enable Manufacturing plants and Procurement teams to achieve these service level and inventory targets Work closely with Procurement, Quality, and Logistics; to evaluate the demand/production plan against inventory, capacity and external factors and to create mitigation actions if needed through CI escalation process Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering/Economics field Habit of dealing with suppliers or customers Knowledge of inventory management, material management Aviation industry experience preferred Good SAP and Exc knowledge Work Visa in accordance with local regulation is required Fluent English and Italian Desired CharacteristicsPrevious experience in manufacturing engineering, planning or sourcing linked to the shop Problem solver: analytical‑minded, critical thinker Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work What We OfferSmart working and work life‑balanceAvio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work‑life balance.
