We want someone to deliver the revenue objectives for business as per plan for Gate Automation and Indirect channel business for Pedestrian doors.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for setting up and manage proper distribution channel and review distribution performances.
You would also:
•    Build and manage the demand generation for all product categories.
•    Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
•    Formulating promotional activities as a part of brand building
•    Building and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve business objectives.
•    Provide product knowledge to all stakeholders of channel partners.The skills and experience you need 
We are looking for someone who has:
•    Min. 7 years previous total experience in electromechanical companies. If present direct experience in pedestrian door or gate automation Industry this will be considered a plus.
•    Good communication in Italian and English. Other languages are a plus.
•    Availability to travel extensively in the assigned territory to generate new business. Expected travel 30%-50%.
•    High drive for results and execution excellence and follows up with stakeholders till the result is achieved.
•    Develops partnerships, keeps stakeholders updated on market activities on time.What we offer
