Fluent in English, available to work in Milan and hinterland; ⚡ Then what We are looking for a Data Center Technicians - Categorie Protette (L.68 / 99) for our client in the IT sector. You will be acting for the design, troubleshooting, maintenance, and physical repair of hardware components critical for mission-critical platforms. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Lifecycle : diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair server, fiber, and network hardware. Incident Management : Resolve technical events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment failures. Safety & Operations : maintain high safety standards and handle physical equipment installation / moving. Continuous Learning : engage in specialized training to master cloud infrastructure components. Key Requirements : Proven experience in IT hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics or within a Data Center or mission-critical infrastructure. Ability to work 100% onsite. Nice to Have : Basic knowledge of Linux and Network Protocols. English and Italian #J-18808-Ljbffr
