Tutta la nostra azienda è coinvolta in questo processo favorendo un ambiente di lavoro accogliente ed inclusivo, dove ognuno possa esprimere la propria unicità e potenzialità.Chi stiamo cercando?Per potenziamento del team di progettazione di macchine per scambiatori di calore e chiller, ricerchiamo un/una Progettista Meccanico che abbia i seguenti requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica. Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nella progettazione meccanica, preferibilmente nel settore lamiera. Utilizzo del software Inventor per la modellazione 3D. Se non hai esperienza con Inventor, non preoccuparti, ti formeremo noi La conoscenza dell'inglese è un plus, soprattutto per lavorare in contesti multiculturali. Spirito di iniziativa, capacità organizzative, digitali e di problem solving. Buona predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali. Apertura e flessibilità alla mobilità territoriale. Di cosa ti occuperai?Inserito all'interno dell'ufficio tecnico, parteciperai alla progettazione di chiller e scambiatori di calore per applicazioni di refrigerazione, condizionamento dell'aria e industriali.Cosa offriamo?Percorso di crescita personalizzato: individuazione di opportunità adatte alle capacità e potenzialità di ciascuno, considerando aspetti tecnici e personali.
