What You Need to Be Successful Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Aerospace, Aeronautics, Robotics, etc.); Less than 18 months of professional experience; Fluency in English; a second language will be considered a plus; Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders; Innate aptitude for teamwork; Personal drive and result orientation.
