La persona, dotata di visione strategica, solido background tecnico e spiccate capacità organizzative e relazionali, gestirà la Roadmap di Prodotto in linea con le direttive aziendali, garantendo elevati standard di qualità e piena coerenza tra obiettivi, priorità e capacità del team. Il ruoloAnalizzare e supervisionare le implementazioni della Roadmap di Prodotto secondo gli input ricevuti dalla Direzione, assicurando un flusso di delivery sostenibile e allineato agli obiettivi strategici.Coordinare e guidare il team R&D secondo i principi Agile, assicurando una distribuzione efficace delle attività, facilitando gli eventi Scrum e promuovendo un ambiente collaborativo e orientato alla valorizzazione delle competenze.Governare le attività di sviluppo e la definizione di Epiche, User Stories, Task, gestendo criticità e ridefinendo priorità in base a carichi di lavoro e obiettivi di rilascio.Promuovere un approccio di miglioramento continuo, con l’obiettivo di massimizzare la qualità del software e l’efficacia nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business e assicurando il rispetto delle scadenze.Guidare il team nelle scelte tecnologiche e architetturali, facendo leva su solide competenze backend e visione strategica.Favorire una comunicazione efficace e costruttiva con Delivery, Sales e Assistenza, supportando la collaborazione cross-team e il supporto reciproco.Utilizzare strumenti dedicati di monitoraggio e reporting per fornire al management SAL, KPI e avanzamenti di progetto.Supportare la crescita professionale del team tramite mentoring, formazione interna e condivisione di best practice.Affiancare i team Sales e Delivery in attività di pre-vendita al fine di valutare la fattibilità delle richieste, distinguere tra possibili evolutive di prodotto o personalizzazioni specifiche e proporre soluzioni coerenti con la Roadmap di Prodotto e gli obiettivi di business. Chi stiamo cercandoDiploma tecnico o laurea in ambito ingegneristico/informaticoAlmeno 5-7 anni di esperienza come Team Leader, con competenze nella gestione di team tecnici secondo metodologia Agile ScrumEsperienza pregressa come analista/sviluppatore di software web-based o cloud, con linguaggi backend (idealmente Node.js o Java)Familiarità con architetture cloud, microservizi e sistemi distribuitiSpiccate doti relazionali e comunicativeOttime capacità di organizzazione, pianificazione e gestione progettiPadronanza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata
