Then we look forward to receiving your application.LocationCusago (MI)PositionProduct Manager for Balkan Markets (Southeast Europe)ContractFull-time, permanentWork experienceMinimum 2–3 years of previous experience in technical sales – ideally in the window and door industry, insulating glass, or plastics sectorMain tasks and responsibilitiesThe candidate will join the Market Team, which is responsible for sales processes and the development of new products, primarily targeting the Balkan markets.Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers in target companiesIdentify and directly contact potential new customers and market opportunitiesFocus on commercial and technical consulting activities, as well as developing new products and services based on market needsDefine and implement commercial strategies to ensure success in your marketRegularly review KPIs for your processesWork on the team’s P&L management, as well as Forecasting, Planning, and Budgeting activitiesMaintain frequent customer relationships through on‑site visits (approx. 60% of the time)Participate in trade fairs and industry events for networking and market observationContactsCustomers – Technoform subsidiaries and affiliates in Italy and abroadExternal suppliersEducationUniversity degreeProfessional qualificationsAdvanced use of Microsoft Office suiteLanguagesRomanian or Croatian (Native Level)English (Excellent Proficiency)Italian (Preferred)Personal characteristicsDynamic and flexible, with multitasking abilityStrong organizational and analytical skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProblem‑solving abilityTeam playerAttention to qualityWillingness to travel abroad for short periods (Europe)Proactive and forward‑thinkingStart dateAs soon as possibleSalaryCommensurate with professional profileL’offerta è rivolta a candidati ambosessi (L. 903 / 77 e L. 125 / 91), inclusi coloro appartenenti alle categorie protette (L. 68 / 99).#J-18808-Ljbffr
