SAP Project Manager Italy – Multi Site Conversion Location Luserna, Italy, and the associated technical center Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to provide end-to-end governance for a coordinated SAP conversion across a manufacturing plant and a connected technical center in Italy. This role is responsible for overall program leadership, cross-site coordination, stakeholder alignment, and delivery governance while system implementation activities are executed by a global system integrator. The Program Manager acts as the primary client representative and is accountable for ensuring delivery outcomes meet business objectives in terms of scope, schedule, quality, risk, and business continuity. Key Responsibilities Provide overall governance and leadership for a multi-site SAP conversion program Manage integrated schedules, dependencies, and milestones across all locations Serve as the client representative overseeing and governing the system integrator Lead executive, operational, and steering committee meetings Validate delivery quality, risks, readiness, and mitigation plans throughout the program lifecycle Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, SAP standards, and internal governance requirements Oversee hyper‑care and stabilization activities across all locations following go‑live Required Experience Ten or more years of SAP program or project management experience Proven experience delivering multi‑site SAP implementations or rollouts within manufacturing environments Demonstrated governance experience managing global system integrators Deep understanding of SAP materials management and manufacturing‑related processes Experience coordinating manufacturing plants and engineering or technical organizations Ability and willingness to work on‑site in Italy Ideal Candidate Profile Strong communicator across executive, business, and technical teams Decisive, independent, and confident in governing third‑party delivery partners For positions requiring a federal security clearance, your clearance level must be clearly identified on your resume. #J-18808-Ljbffr
