Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Global Retail Training Specialist based in Milan. The successful candidate will be part of the Global Retail Department.Responsibilities Main activities and Responsibilities : Prepare training planning, training manuals or other learning material for Stores employees Provide inputs to the DG Retail training strategy in order to design, monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and improve of knowledge and skills Plan, deliver and monitor training courses/sessions in each phase of the learning process Guarantee a strong collaboration with the other Global Training Specialists and Regional Trainers in line with the DG Retail Training guidelines Consistently design training content with commercial approach Monitor the best practices adopted in the regions and eventually introduce them to the DG Retail Training community Arrange “train the trainer” sessions for all the Regional Trainers and oversee the quality of training sessions delivered by Regional Trainers Identify training gaps and needs of the store population in regards of product/technical/professional knowledge specifically related to the category assigned Perform other duties as required Collaborate when needed with the Global HR/Operation/Merchandising/ VM/CRM departments Key Requirements & Competencies Fluent in English, both written and verbal Responsibility & Ownership Good team player Proactive attitude and excellent communicator Availability to travel Location: Milan - Italy Seniority levelSeniority levelNot Applicable Employment typeEmployment typeFull-time Job functionJob functionSales and Business Development IndustriesRetail Apparel and Fashion and Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at DOLCE&GABBANA by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Retail Specialist” roles.BOTTEGA VENETA Global Retail Training SpecialistRetail HR Specialist - Talent AcquisitionAddetto/a Back office commerciale/After SalesWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
