You will be responsible for order modification and allocation of available stock to customer orders when stock is constrained, delivering against service and fill rate targets.How You Will ContributeManage the order fulfilment process, respecting the customer segment and channel mixBalance supply constraints and delivery of service levels through cross‑functional alignmentUse appropriate tools and processes such as availability checks and stock allocation rulesEffectively manage new product introductions and product withdrawals to maximize sales and minimize write‑offsWhat You Will BringGood numerical, analytical and logical reasoning skillsMicrosoft Office applicationsHigh level of SAP competenceExperience in an FMCG/CPG companyA customer‑facing role within customer service, logistics or salesExperience in an order‑to‑cash environmentGood knowledge of the total supply chain/order‑to‑cash processStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsWhat extra ingredients you will bringMinimum 6 months' experience in a similar role or in supply chainExcellent interpersonal skills, customer focus, and problem‑solving skillsPrecision, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team and in dynamic environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Knowledge and use of SAP (VMI knowledge is a plus)English: FluentEducation / CertificationsDegree in Management Engineering, Economics, or similarNo relocation support availableMondelēz International is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation or preference, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
