Job DescriptionFinance & Accounting Manager at Cespira responsible for all Italian accounting operations, including month‑end close, statutory accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance.Accountable for preparing accurate statutory financial statements, supporting Group IFRS consolidation, securing a audit, and managing the tax, VAT, and regulatory calendar. Nurtures internal controls and partners with business units to enhance performance, cash, and risk management.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn Italian accounting operations, month‑end close cycle, tax, and statutory compliance.Prepare statutory financial statements and notes; support Group IFRS consolidation (revenue, leases, FX, impairment).Maintain general ledger, fixed assets, inventory/costing, accruals/provisions, AR/AP, credit control, treasury activities, and cash forecasting.Lead ERP process discipline (JDE/SAP/Oracle/NetSuite), approvals, and documentation.Maintain statutory and tax registers and filings for local compliance (IRES/IRAP, withholding, IMU/TARI, e‑invoicing, VAT settlements, Intrastat, etc.).Coordinate statutory audit and obtain a clean audit opinion.File approved statutory accounts (XBRL) and corporate changes with Registro Imprese/Camera di Commercio on time.Build, coach, and performance‑manage the local finance team; manage outsourcing and SLAs.Act as primary finance contact for Country GM and operations, delivering margin, working capital, and cash insights, and improvement plans.Lead finance projects such as process automation, e‑invoicing/SDI updates, and inventory/costing reviews.QualificationsDegree in Accounting or Finance; Chartered Accountant or equivalent registration preferred.7+ years of experience in Italy covering statutory accounting, VAT, and tax in an international setting.Strong knowledge of OIC, IFRS consolidation, and audit leadership.Deep understanding of Italian tax regulations and intercompany transaction processes.Advanced Excel skills and experience with a major ERP (JDE/SAP/Oracle/NetSuite).Fluent Italian and strong English; excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.Highly analytical with meticulous attention to detail.BenefitsWork with a global team based in Italy, Sweden, and Canada.Opportunity to lead finance projects and drive improvements across the organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
