We are supporting the appointment of a General Manager for an established FMCG manufacturing business in Italy . This is a senior leadership role with full P&L ownership , reporting at regional leadership level.The role will lead a sizeable Italian operation, with responsibility for driving commercial growth, profitability, and organisational performance across branded, private label, and foodservice channels.The RoleFull ownership of P&L and business performance in ItalyDefine and execute commercial and growth strategy across multiple channelsLead sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain functionsIdentify and develop new markets and channels , including foodserviceAct as the senior leader for the Italian business, aligning local execution with group objectivesInspire and develop a long-tenured organisation through strong leadership and communicationThe ProfileSenior FMCG leader with proven P&L ownership (GM, MD, Country Manager, BU Director or similar)Strong commercial background , ideally within food manufacturingExposure to retail, private label, and/or foodservice environmentsSolid understanding of operations and supply chainAble to operate effectively in matrix and entrepreneurial environmentsFluent Italian requiredBased in NaplesThe OpportunityHigh-impact leadership role with autonomyClear mandate to drive growth and transformationLong-term career opportunity within an international groupTo express interest or discuss confidentially, please apply or contact directly.
