Position Snapshot Nespresso, Milan Headquarters (Assago) University degree (engineering, environmental or technical-scientific areas) Full-time internship (6 months) Start date: January 2026 Position Summary The Intern will support the Sustainability and SHE team in managing the activities related to the capsule recycling program and developing initiatives linked to local communities, culture and environment. The Intern will work in close collaboration with retail, communication and marketing teams, and will help the team keep relations with relevant external stakeholders. A day in the life of a Sustainability Analyst Exploring the Italian regulatory context for waste management and recycling. Supporting the team in managing databases, data and reports to monitor and improve the capsule recycling program. Opportunity to develop a dashboard system for KPIs, using Power BI platform. Helping the team gather data related to sustainability training and audit program. Interacting with relevant colleagues (e.g., boutique, marketing, communication, HR and legal departments) on key sustainability topics. What will make you successful? Dynamicity and proactivity. Curiosity and attention to details, in-depth skills. Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships. Good organizational skills. Problem solving skills. Italian mother tongue, Fluent in English. Strong learning capability on new business knowledge, business processes, analytics tools/techniques and method. Previous studies on circular economy and recycling.
