We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our Software Development team based in Milan. This role focuses on the development of simulation models and applications using MathWorks tools (MATLAB/Simulink). You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions in the automotive domain. Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic system models in Simulink based on initial MATLAB scripts provided by other teams. Simulate and test product functionalities using positive, pre-validated scenarios. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency with product requirements. Contribute to the development of high-quality, traceable, and maintainable software in line with automotive standards. Support integration of developed models into larger application frameworks or systems. Qualifications Strong proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink, including experience with application-specific toolboxes. Solid understanding of dynamic system modeling and simulation. Familiarity with automotive software development standards such as ASPICE and ISO 26262 is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the automotive sector. Understanding of embedded systems and control logic design. Why join us?
