Audit-Vorbereitung und -Koordination Durchführung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung ganzheitlicher Risikoanalysen sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen Wahrnehmung der formellen Funktion als Informationssicherheitsbeauftragter (ISB) und – bei Qualifikation – interner Datenschutzbeauftragter (DSB) Erstellung und Pflege von Security-Policies, Richtlinien und Schulungskonzepten Planung und Durchführung von Projekten zu Themen der Informationssicherheit Technische Unterstützung des Security-Teams (z. B. Incident-Response, Hardening-Guidelines) nach BedarfIhr Profil... Mehrjährige Erfahrung (≥ 5 Jahre) in den Bereichen Cybersecurity, Security Risk Management oder Security Compliance Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Normen & Frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS-2, TISAX, DSGVO) Idealerweise im Besitz einer Security-Zertifizierung oder gleichwertige Praxiserfahrung im Security-Management Praktische Erfahrung als ISB, CISO oder Security-Consultant; DSB-Kenntnisse oder die Bereitschaft zur entsprechenden Weiterbildung sind von Vorteil Sehr gutes Verständnis moderner IT-Architekturen (Cloud, OT/IoT, Netzwerksicherheit) und Bedrohungslage Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke in Deutsch, Englisch und Italienisch Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Projekt- & Audit-ErfahrungWas wir bieten...
