Assistant Service Supervisor – Kahului BranchFirst Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an Assistant Service Supervisor to join our Kahului Branch. The Assistant Service Supervisor assists the Service Supervisor and/or Service Manager with overseeing branch operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer service standards and needs are met. This role assists with daily branch functions, such as overseeing workflow, recruitment, and training. The position also provides leadership and support to the branch team and helps management to ensure the branch achieves sales performance and service goals.CompensationThe annual salary range for this role is $43,493 - $60,320 per year, commensurate with experience.Work ScheduleMonday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM (hours may vary).Required QualificationsHigh School diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required2 years of experience in branch operations1 year of supervisory experience (e.g., Head Teller or Service Manager Associate) or 1 year of external supervisory experienceBachelor’s degree in a business‑related field is preferredAble to plan, organize and budgetEffective written and verbal communicationAble to manage confidential matters judiciouslyPossesses attention to detail with excellent follow‑throughAble to work under pressure with multiple deadlines and adaptability as unexpected work environment changes occur in businessExcellent time management skillsPossesses sales skills to enhance business development objectivesAble to manage customer inquiries and resolve issuesProficient in Microsoft 365 suite of applicationsBenefitsWe proudly offer a comprehensive benefits program for all employees.EEO StatementAt First Hawaiian Bank, we value Fairness, Inclusion, and Opportunity and welcome applications from all eligible candidates.
